We want you to stay dry and satisfied; if your mudguard isn't the perfect fit for your bike, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your Ass Savers products in their original packaging to ensure they aren't bent or damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label or ship via your preferred carrier to our distribution center, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
